From the article posted in Philstar.com, pinay singing sensation Charice celebrated her 21st birthday last May 10 in a resort somewhere in Calamba, Laguna and is said to be her "Birthday Debut" because she did not experience something like that when she turned 18 because of her busy career abroad.

"Charice wore pair of black pants and a pink long-sleeved shirt with a fuchsia bow tie," as described by Mr. Bum Tenorio instead of wearing dress or gown maybe when she walked down the spiral staircase.

Asked by Mr.Tenorio, "Where is this feeling of freedom coming from, hija?”

“I’m able to express myself better now. I have come to accept the real me. I have come to love the real me. I now celebrate the real me," she answered.

“Even if you have earned a sizeable amount of bashers?" Bum added.

“Noong bata pa po ako na wala kami halos makain, may nangungutya na sa akin."

"Ngayon, kahit i-bash nila ako nang i-bash, nakakakain na po ako at ang pamilya ko," she explained.

When it comes to financial status, there's nothing to worry about. In fact Charice she just bought herself a brand new BMW in cash and named it "Captain" according to her.

“Even if I don’t work for 10 or more years, I know we will still eat. But why will I do that? The only thing that is changed in me is my look, my perspective. My voice remains the same.”

Charice also shared that she will be having upcoming shows in Indonesia and Germany and by June she will be going back in Los Angeles to do recording commitments and also in Japan.

Charice pointed out that she still communicates with Ellen DeGeneres and her ninang  Oprah Winfrey.

"Oprah just told me to keep my cool and not to be affected," Oprah to Charice.

"Yes, Oprah, I can handle them. My spirit is made of titanium I will not break," Charice assures Oprah.

Charice message for her bashers and distractors, “But I’m thankful to my bashers, too. They make me so much stronger. I love them. I offer them peace. And I will forever be grateful to those who have loved me since Day One.”

She also shared that she is friends with the legendary singer-actress Barbara Streisand, “She was one of those who told me I don’t owe anybody any explanation.”

Charice became emotional singing Yeng Constantino’s Salamat and told Mr. Bum Tenorio that it was for her mother.

Janine Tugunon new love interest is Danny O'Donoghue of The Script

Janine opened up and breaks her silence to the issue of her break-up with her one-year old relationship with Jaypee Santos.

Tugonon confessed they have called it quits and according to reports the reason behind this is The Script's lead vocalist Danny O'Donoghue.

The Script is an Irish Pop-Rock Band from Dublin and is the group behind famous hits "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" and "Breakeven".
Meanwhile, Danny O'Donoghue is also part of the reality singing competition in the UK as a coach on The Voice UK.

Here is her statement on KrisTV (from ABS-CBNnews.com) :

"Actually honestly ngayon we are not in good terms. Siguro may nangyari lang na hindi ko ini-expect na mangyayari," Tugonon said.

"Honestly po kasi break talaga kami ngayon," she added.

Asked if it's true that O'Donoghue likes her, the beauty queen said: "Hindi naman sa type, we are talking lang. Pero ano naman yan spur of the moment lang."

According to Tugonon, she met O'Donoghue during the band's meet and greet at the Araneta Coliseum, where they recently staged a concert.

"Nanood kami ng concert. Kasi hindi ba sa Araneta kapag may meet and greet, since kilala ko ang staff ng Araneta sabi ko sa kanila sobra akong fan ng The Script pwede bang ma-meet ko. So na meet niya ako, nandoon siya si (Jaypee) pinakilala ko nga siya, kasi tinanong niya 'do you have a boyfriend?' Sabi ko 'yeah that's my boyfriend.' Tapos yon sabi niya 'follow me on Twitter and I will follow you back' tapos nag-direct message siya. Oo na (galit) siya (si Jaypee) kasi sabi niya kung ayaw mo talaga sa taong yan hindi mo siya kokontakin," Tugonon said.

Tugonon said they argued over the incident, and she broke up with Santos.

"Kasi nga ayaw ko naman na may iba akong iniisip. Sabi ko lang sa kanya siguro I need some time to think talaga," she said.

"Akala ko kasi si Danny na baka that night lang o nagandahan lang and all pero feeling ko siya din ay gusto niyang makilala ako," she said.

"Actually hindi naman kami ni Danny. Nagtetext siya everyday simula noong nag-concert siya dito," she added.

According to Santos he is still pursuing Ms. Universe 2012 - First Runner-Up, but still respects her decision to have some time.
