After being charged by his live-in partner, Johnelline Hickins together with her brother Juan Alberto " Yanni" Carlotta and mother Coca Nicholas who is 80's sexy star, of violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act of 2004, after Matt allegedly pushed her Hickins, sending her crashing down the stairs during a commosion at their house in Pasig City last Saturday night.
On monday, Matt has been released after paying the bail at the executive judge of the Pasig RTC amounting to only P200.
Evans’ camp stated that he did not hurt Hickins and Carlotta, and instead claims that he was the one hurt during the brawl.
